STAINED STAMPED STENCILED Art journal…studio 490 style
It’s a great way to spend the day… creating a mixed media art journal, studio 490 style.
We’ll start by creating our own art journal from scratch, using my art parts, plenty of distress inks & stains and loads of studio 490 stamps.
Once the journal is constructed, we’ll embellish the covers with more art parts and we’ll even create a dimensional crayon box for the front cover, using some metal pieces from Blossom Bucket.
After lunch, we’ll have fun creating stained, stamped & stenciled pages for our journal. I have some NEW & very fun techniques to share with you, using lots of Ranger products and my new stencils and embossing paste, on all sorts of surfaces.
I’ll show you a fun technique using tim’s waterbrush, in addition to LOTS of other fun tecnhiques.
Does art journaling scare you because you don’t love your handwriting? NO WORRIES…you’ll have plenty of stamps to choose from. NO Handwriting is needed!
You’ll leave with an awesome art journal that’s loaded with all sorts of inspiratio.
Here’s a little peek at some of the fun we’ll create…

I will have to check on this and get back to you. I am guessing it’s smaller than 8 1/2 by 11 but will double check and let you know for sure.
